Ginger-Lemon Soother
2 cups water
4 slices lemon
1 inch unpeeled ginger root, sliced
2 Tbsp honey
1) Bring to a boil
2) Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
3) Strain through a sieve into a mug
4) Stir in honey
5) Sip & soothe
Here are some other recipes I found that involve more work and deeper flavor, but I didn't have the time or patience for that today. When I have more time, I will definitely try these out though!
